On the afternoon of March 17, 2014, accompanied by Mr. Don Ho, CEO of Bowen Island joint venture and Zhang Jing, principal of accounting department of Zongshen Real Estate Company in Canada, Mr. Philippe Rheault, Consul-General of Canadian Consulate-General in Chongqing inspected the real estate investment project of Zongshen Group in Bowen Island, Canada.
Canadian Bowen Island real estate project is an island real estate project jointly invested by Zongshen (Canada) Environmental Protection Technology Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zongshen Industrial Group, and Canadian local real estate developer. The project covers an area of 618 acres (about 3708 mu (1 mu ≈ 667 square meters)), about two-thirds of the size of famous Stanley park, and has the most natural and ecological coastal land in the entire Bowen Island area.
Mr. Philippe Rheault and his two companions arrived at the beautiful Bowen Island by ferryboat from Horseshoe Bay, Vancouver for only 20 minutes, and then they carried out the investigation and visit activities.
First, Zhang Jing detailed Philippe Rheault the Bowen Island project, including the total investment, area, planning and sales status, etc., and Mr. Philippe Rheault asked many questions about the project and got the satisfactory answers.
Later, Mr. Philippe Rheault visited 8 land parcels open for sale in project Phase II, including 4 coastal parcels (No. 16, 18, 19 and 20) and 4 inland ( No. 44, 45, 46 and 47). During the investigation, Consul-General Philippe Rheault strolled along the long coastline and private beach of Bowen Island, enjoyed the superior sea view and blue sky which was divided from Vancouver's bustling city, Richmond low landscape and the beautiful scenery of BC university by the sea. Such gorgeous scenery was like a natural island garden. Mr. Philippe Rheault was fully conquered by all the beautiful scenery, and kept praising the unique beauty of Zongshen Bowen Island, saying that such rare beauty plus the meticulous construction of Zongshen Real Estate would conquer many potential customers and will make it become one of the pearls in the Vancouver area.
Finally, Mr. Philippe Rheault expressed his good wishes to Bowen Island project of Zongshen Group and said he would keep an eye on and would support the project.
